Hakkeem Advisory U.S. Contractor Prospect Intelligence

How It Works

How Contractor Prospect Research Is Built

Ten stages sit behind every record. They run in order, and a contractor that fails an early stage does not reach your team.

  1. Buyer profile review

We read your public material and whatever you tell us directly: equipment categories financed, contractor segments served, ticket sizes, geography, and whether origination is direct or dealer-led. That profile is the specification the rest of the work is measured against.

  2. Contractor discovery

We build a candidate pool of U.S. contractors that plausibly match the profile, working from public and legitimate commercial research sources rather than a pre-existing list resold to everyone.

  3. Trade qualification

Each candidate is resolved to an exact trade — excavation, underground utility, paving, crane and lifting, and so on — instead of a broad industry code. Contractors outside your segments are dropped here.

  4. Decision-maker research

We identify the current senior person who would own an equipment finance conversation, with their present title at that company — not a name captured from a database two years ago.

  5. Email and contact verification

Business email addresses are verified before delivery. Direct or business phone numbers are included where they can be established reliably, and left out where they cannot.

  6. Equipment evidence research

We look for public evidence of the equipment the contractor's operation uses: its own project material, prequalification records, permits, auction and listing activity, operator hiring, trade coverage. The record states what the evidence shows and does not assert ownership.

  7. Project and activity research

Where public sources support it, we add current activity: awards, permits, expansions, hiring. This is what usually separates a contractor worth calling this quarter from one that simply exists.

  8. Source documentation

Material qualification claims are recorded with the URL that supports them, so your team can open the page and judge the evidence directly.

  9. Buyer-specific fit assessment

We write a short, concrete explanation of why this contractor fits your financing focus, and we say plainly what the research does not establish.

  10. Final human review

Every record is read by a person before it is delivered. Weak evidence, stale contacts or a fit argument that does not hold up mean the record is corrected or removed.

What you receive

Records are delivered in a spreadsheet or document format your team can load into its own system, with one row or page per contractor and the source URLs kept alongside the claims they support.

Batch size, refresh cadence and field priorities are agreed before research starts, so the output matches how your origination team actually works.

What we do not claim

  • No guaranteed leads, meetings or conversions
  • No claim of equipment ownership without a public source proving it
  • No assessment of a contractor's credit standing or ability to pay
  • No exclusive or proprietary database
  • No contact data we have not attempted to verify

The Fastest Way to Judge the Method Is to Read Three Records

Send the equipment categories and contractor segments you finance. We will research three U.S. contractors against that profile so you can inspect the work.
